[review] The place of sacrifice - Parick Dunne

"I think there first, the waste pile, Illaun, "said Mahon

Illaun Bowe, archaeologist, just wanted to get away from their work and think about their future. They both decided in Kilkee, Ireland to do. However, their visit took an unexpected turn the events around them and not let her go. First, there was the discovery of a human jaw, which drew an old suicide case in a new light. Second, the death of two more people caught up in the chain of events and mutate into a puzzle, which Illaun almost the cost of living.

Patrick Dunne is my favorite author since I his first Book - The Celts - needle reading. The place of sacrifice is set in Ireland and the places and scenes as he describes it, give me the feeling itself to be there. The book captivated me from the first page, although it does not have the suspense of a thriller, it does that, through its network of puzzles up for that. The place of sacrifice is the third novel by the archeologist Illaun Bowe. Even if it is not essential to know the other two novels, I can still only recommend them to read them all. Because the reader expects Ireland where one reads.
