[review] Undead in Dallas - Charlaine Harris

The blonde Waitress Sookie Stackhouse had to experience, as people died around them. Murdered. And now, after everything had calmed down, another grisly murder occurred at one of their friends. And how does the appearance of a miraculous being, a maenad, along with it?! addition Sookie had learned with their disability - or rather surrender - to cope better and had even a little further developed. Thanks to this gift would be Sookie now to Dallas to help the vampires there to find their missing brother. A journey that she would not soon forget.
What fascinated me about this book, the writing style of Charlaine Harris. You do not get bored with excessive detail and yet the scene is written so that a series of images created in the head. The strands can be woven together not too close, so you keep track of things and not be caught with the characters.
Although me the story at times - ostensibly in relation to Sookie itself - seems far-fetched, it reads but also very realistic. Sookie is sometimes a little cause very naive, but suddenly she is once again the strong young woman who is very good but rightly so.
Despite that, it is easy to read so it is so exciting that I was not able to put it down.
